Hi, nice to meet you!

I am a mother of three great and very busy children. A set of 22year old boy/girl twins and a 31-year-old daughter keeps me frantic at times, to say the least! Oh, and a beautiful, Cockapoo puppy named Bentley. 

I work Full-Time as Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Life Coach while working on my MSc psychology PT. Thirty-one is my fun job! Reach out if you have any questions!
