I was only using the bag for small food items and I never overloaded the bag with ice packs or food, so I'm very disappointed in this product. My older thermal bag I was using lasted for like 6 years before that started to rip. If you purchase this item, just know you might only get a couple weeks of use out of it before the inside rips.
