The straps are thinner than also expected- hopefully they hold up since I use it for my laptop. Overall felt overpriced.First disappointment from 31.

The only problem I have experienced is the handles are peeling. The grey croc seems to be cheap. I’m sad that it’s already starting to look worn out. I use it a couple of times a week.

The feel of the bag, the size and the durability but I am afraid I am a little disappointed in this one. I feel the quality has declined since my my last purchase the walls are thinner and the material is stiffer. I was told it needed broken in but I don't think this will ever fill the bill. I will use it but I am disappointed.
