A couple things that would make this even better would be if there was a zipper, snap or magnetic closure to the bag, also a couple slip pockets inside for quick access.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice Bag, Not for Crossbody. This bag has a nice texture and I love the handles but the strap is not stiff enough to stay on your shoulder. It was a little too deep for me and not quite enough pockets. I would not opt to wear as a crossbody because it is too bulky.

Don't know whose phone would fit into the smaller exterior pocket, but I love it to stow my ring with all my store discount cards to keep them handy. Love the soft "pleather", as it doesn't scratch my hands. Only criticism, would like a magnetic button at the top to keep the bag from gaping open. My new favorite bag!

I especially like the cell phone pocket. Four star’s only because of the color not being (summer) white.

I noticed that at the top of where the outside pocket stitching ends there's a tiny hole it looks like it could easily become a bigger hole. Hopefully it will be ok because I love this bag.
