Well, my son decided he really wanted this backpack, so I gave it to him. He has been using it almost the whole entire school year and it still looks brand new. He loves that he can carry it with his hands and he can also carry it on his shoulders. He can fit his folder, school I-Pad, his lunch box, a jacket, and water bottle. He can fit more in there if he wants to. It's perfect for school and for when we go on trips. One of these days I will have to get myself one since my son took mine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Airplane Travel! I love this backpack! I have taken it on two flying trips and used it as my personal item on the planes. In the main compartment, I put my crossbody purse in the bottom, lots of snacks, a medium reusable snack bag with meds, a toiletry bag (also love that one because it holds ALL of my toiletries for once!), the little clip-on zipper case to match the backpack with my phone charger, battery pack, and headphones in it, my wallet, phone, sunglasses, and stuff I picked up in the airport along the way. The front zip pocket I used for masks, sanitizing wipes, tissues, gum, etc. that I wanted on the plane. The elastic side pockets held my water bottle and an umbrella nicely, and the back zipper pocket is where I stashed my passport for safe keeping. I love that the sides on top unsnap to make it easier to fill and then look neat once they're resnapped, but you can also unzip it while it's snapped. I love the long handles on top for easily pulling my bag up off the floor or onto the seat next to me in the airport and hanging it on the bathroom stall door hook or around my suitcase handle if there was no hook. The straps are adjustable and were comfortable for my uses. The cream/gray/orange color scheme feels mature yet fun. The friends I was meeting complimented my bag on both trips! I've also used it as an overnight bag when I was staying at a hotel and mostly just needed a set of pjs, clothes, and toiletries. Great size and function in my opinion!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed in straps I love the size and features. But I am very disappointed with the straps. They are a basic thin strap like you would find on a kids' school backpack, not very padded. For the price I would think that this bag would have padded shaped/contoured comfort straps. It is a large bag that could get fairly heavy. Seems like the straps won't hold up well nor be very comfortable. Would have returned but too much of a hassle and cost to ship back. Not sure what I will do with it.
