Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed I absolutely loved this backpack when I received it! It was great til something got on it and now it won't come out. Once it's got a mark on it, it's stained. I tried spot treating it multiple times but to no avail.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed quality I bought this commuter back pack a month ago & only used it once on a business trip. The front cover got very dirty & scratched up easily. I tried to wipe it off with a damp cloth & it did not come off completely. I usually have great luck with the quality of Thirty One items. I was disappointed in this item.

This was perfect as the sleeve fit righ over the handle, I had access to all my documents & no juggling! I loved it! It will certainly get put to good use when I travel.
