I contacted my representative who said an insert is available, but only to hostesses. I feel the bag is of limited use without this insert and wish it were generally available (or, better yet, included with the bag).

I use mine all the time for family gatherings to take food items, gifts, etc. I've had all of the bags embroidered with the last name of the person and the embroidery has always been beautifully done. The only thing that disappointed me with this tote was the yellow was not as bright as shown in the picture. Otherwise it was perfect as always.
