It’s able to hold heavy groceries, picnic food, camping supplies, sports equipment, beach or pool gear, kids' room storage, laundry, cleaning products or whatever else you need to carry. A hard bottom gives the Deluxe Utility Tote more stability, while top and side webbed handles offer additional strength for heavy loads. The extra storage capacity allows this tote to hold two Essential Storage Totes or three Picnic Thermal Totes. There are even three exterior pockets for additional storage. Why do you describe it this way? And obviously the bigger it is the more it needs inserts but you leave these out of the design? What do you have filled in the bags that are in the picture showing it standing up? You KNOW you are misleading people if you have to fill it with something to stand up while taking a picture of it. Why do you not take products back if we are dissatisfied, especially when it’s because of your advertising? I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Do you even read the reviews to know you need to improve your product? Honestly, the longer a company is around they think they can cut corners and still have satisfied customers. WRONG.

This is by far the sturdiest tote Thirty-One offers, but it seems to be the one with the absolute LEAST amount of color options AND it's lacking one major feature--the ability to stand up without collapsing when empty!! This tote has a solid bottom (unlike the smaller sized totes) and its great for heavier loads such as groceries. I'm really not sure why Thirty-One wouldn't want to revise this tote just a bit. They should offer their BEST tote with the most pattern options to maximize customer satisfaction AND sales revenues! I personally would purchase a few more of the deluxe version IF it came in different patterns, stood up without collapsing and if it came with a clear lid. Just saying.....this is a good tote BUT it could be SOOOOO MUCH BETTER!
