It is a great size for an ornament, and the photo quality was great. I used a phone picture. It is a thick and sturdy metal and I am looking forward to it lasting for years to come!

Pictures came out good, 2 came out awful.. beware of using a photo that has any shadowing in a facial area as they just come out black. Other than that, try only using a high res pics. What I did notice immediately is the permeating odor that emits from them. Having 6 around there's no way I want this smell present in my home. I left them to air out for 2 weeks in the basement and they still smell. I put them in baking soda today so I'm hoping it doesn't ruin them. No help from consultant or company on how to eliminate this odor.

We have them on our table and my 2 year old son loves to take them out and talk to the "baby" in them (yep, they are pictures of him), and plays with them and bangs them on the highchair tray and has even spilled a drink on them, but since they are iron, nothing hurts them! You just wipe them off, and put them back! Love these so much! Great idea, Thirty-One!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality product if you spend the time I took outside pictures of my pets with the portrait mode on iPhone X. The outside pictures work best because the lighting is better. I then took the time to crop them just the way I wanted them on the 31 website. I’m not gonna lie, it was time consuming. BUT so so worth it! There is a small hole in the insert, but it’s on the bottom! If you want to hang your pictures just do them upside down.
