I also was disappointed with all the Ditsy Daisy products not matching each other. Some r black backgrounds and others are navy blue. The catalog shows them as the navy blue. This was an online party so no way to tell they r different

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Camo backpack I bought it for a trip. 2 days of use and the seams on the straps came apart. The stitches are fraying at the top of the bag. Not what I expected from a thirty one bag. I have several and this never happened. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. If possible, would like a replacement.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from STRAPS The straps do not stay in adjusted place. Costs way too much to have to keep adjusting, which you can not do while the backpack is on your back. Immediately after a minute of use it slides out so the straps are at full length. Bought for my daughter and when adjusted properly it's great but as soon as she takes a few steps the bag hangs down below her behind.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it!! I bought this about 2 months ago and LOVED it!! I use it as a "diaper bag" for my kids when we go out. They're older now so it basically has a change of clothes, water bottles, snacks (I bought 2 thirty one on the go snack bags that fit BEAUTIFULLY in here) and sunscreen. The front pocket has wipes, and basically a first aid kit. We took it to an amusement park a few weeks ago and it drug on the ground for less than a minute and I got little holes on the front pocket. I messaged my rep that I purchased it from and I new one was in the mail the next day. I love thirty one and the quality of their products I was shocked this happened. Hoping my new one holds it together longer

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Been using mine for ONE YEAR I am unable to update my previous review from a year ago. So I'm posting a new review with my updated comments. After using this for a full year, the bag is still very durable and still looks new even with daily wear. The STRAPS need to be fixed. I read many other reviewers who complained about this too. The straps do not stay after adjustment. The metal rectangular ring used to connect the nylon adjustment and the padded straps that go over your shoulders have no teeth therefore it does not grip and hold the straps in place. After you adjust the length, it slides back to full length once the bag is on your back. This is a huge annoyance when your bag is full and heavy. One of my strap rings will constantly turn. The ring needs to stay horizontal but one of my straps will turn and then make one side longer than the other. To fix this I have to throw the bag on my back, then reach back and manually turn the metal ring to correct it so the straps are even so that it wont slip off my shoulder. I load my bag up so it gets very heavy. This small discrepancy makes it very annoying to carry for long periods of time (traveling). My fix was to put velcro cable ties around the straps to hold my strap length setting. After I put this on, I then noticed the ring problem. You can see the nylon strapping has creases from the ring turning and forcing it to sit on the shorter side of the ring. I believe this to be a defect because the other strap does not have this problem. I have not found another backpack like this online with strong structure, deep strong side pockets, and large compartment space. So, the velcro macgyvering works well for now. But please THIRTY ONE! Fix the straps!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compliments Everyday on this Bag Bought this bag about two weeks ago. I don’t carry a traditional purse. I carry too much stuff around for that. But with this bag, I have plenty of room to throw my laptop in as well (and it’s well protected, plenty of padding). There are also great side pockets perfect for water bottles. And a little ring on the front perfect for clipping my car keys on so I don’t loose them. What I’m saying is, this bag has it all!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my backpack! I decided to take the plunge and purchase this to take all of my “mom” items to soccer and baseball games. It’s awesome! I can even fit my 32 ounce water bottles in the side pockets and that’s a rare find! I can take healthy snacks and put them in the cooler pocket inside. The straps are nice and padded and the bag opens wide for me to find whatever I need inside. Plus I have the most essential items (sunscreen, bug spray, chapstick, and lotion) in the outer zip pocket. This was a literal game changer!

The backpack is blue with daisies and the other pieces are black with daisies and don’t match !! I will still use it but I would of thought that a set would of match as there is nothing stating there is a color difference.
