Rated 2 out of 5 by from I had high hopes :( My mom bought me this bag as a gift, and I have not been pleased with it. Don't get me wrong, the bag is super cute. However, there is one zipper pouch on the inside, and one in the front which just isn't enough. The bag is essentially a bottomless pit with a few zippers. The adjustable straps also do not stay in place whatsoever. I have to adjust them at least once a day as they just fully expand leaving the bag sagging on my back. I had really high hopes for this bag, and I was super excited but I am very unhappy with it.

It was perfect to use as the carry-on item that fit under the seat in front of me. I had personal items close at hand, like my wallet, phone, chapstick, phone charger, and even my MacBook! I also fit a packed lunch, a book, and my PJ's. The side pockets held gum & mints and a water bottle. I am so glad I purchased this bag!

My son goes through 2-3 backpacks every years because he is really rough on them and this one has held up to the over stuffing and rough treatment by him. We ordered another for his wrestling gear. The personalization is awesome! So easy to clean either in washer or spot clean.

I was hoping it would be different as I like the look of the bag. There is ONLY 1 pocket inside and it’s a thermal. I expected at least a couple of flat pockets like they often include. It’s cute but not as user friendly as I’d like!

Between the slippery strap and rounded metal adjusters. Wouldn’t pay full price. Okay if a deal. Going to have someone sew the straps how I want them.

I love the two side pockets for water or juice and the flat front pocket for things like masks and chapstick. The inside is deceptively roomy -- I can fit diapers, snacks, change of clothes, a book or two and my own wallet, kindle, and phone without a problem. Would highly recommend!

The only drawback I have found is that the straps don’t always stay tight when you adjust them, but that is very minor, compared to everything else!
