The back straps are adjustable and accommodate persons of varying sizes. The side pocket, that zips easily holds a tablet . The side sleeve makes it easy to use with a suitcase with a handle where other totes/bags slide off of the top of a suitcase. That’s a great feature.

But to have my hands free to go up the steps to the private rooms is great and it holds everything that I need for my journey.
